The Devon is a new residential building in Grandview Yard. At the corner of First Avenue and Bobcat Avenue, the Devon features one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes. Complete with modern finishes and with accessible parking, apartment at the Devon adds 131 residential units to our community. Each residence has either a balcony or patio, and views of either the courtyard or DeGraw Park. Construction was completed in 2024.
