Glendale will be paved with High RAP asphalt, containing a high percentage of reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP). Using RAP reduces the need for new aggregate and asphalt, conserving resources and minimizing waste. This is just one of many sustainable applications at the new City Hall, Police and Fire Department.
