Development continues on the north end of Yard Street in Grandview Yard, with new private improvements anticipated to break ground in the coming months. A new retail building will be built on the southwest corner of the intersection of Yard Street and West Third Avenue, enabling remaining public realm improvements in this area to be completed.
These improvements will include enhanced sidewalks, new street trees and other new amenities. Set to begin construction as the weather improves this spring, these improvements should have minimal impact on traffic in the area, and should be completed by late summer or early autumn.
