Enabled by new private development south of Goodale Boulevard, this $10M investment in new infrastructure on the City's southern border is being constructed through Grandview Yard TIF dollars.
New road construction includes extending both Yard Street and Bobcat Avenue south to Swan Street, which will itself be extended east to Twin Rivers Drive.
A multi-use path will be included in this development, helping to further connect Grandview Heights with the broader network of biking infrastructure beyond our borders, over time.
