Construction | Southern Station

This mixed-use development, set to open in September 2022, began planning in 2018 as a public-private partnership between the City and interested developers that allowed the City to extend our road network into former manufacturing land while creating new private development sites.

The southern expansion of Grandview Yard also provided an opportunity to enhance revenue sharing with Grandview Heights City Schools, supporting the Schools' historic $55M investment in their facilities and campuses and reducing dependence on residential real estate millage by 80% from original estimates.
